Cancel your website care plan

You may cancel your website care plan at any time. Please note that the licenses of the plugins from ClickWP's toolkit are not transferrable. If you want to continue using these plugins, you must purchase your own licenses for them.

Login to your ClickWP account dashboard at https://clickwp.com/my-account/

Navigate to the Subscriptions tab. If you have more than one subscription, you'll have to click on the subscription you want to cancel. 

Click the Cancel button in the summary table to cancel your subscription. ClickWP will be notified of your cancellation request and prepare to see you off safely at the end of your subscription period.

Suspend your website care plan

Alternatively you may wish to suspend your website care plan instead. Suspending your plan will allow you to enjoy the benefits of your ClickWP plan at a limited capacity temporarily. Please contact ClickWP directly to negotiate a suspension period.
