Find and export your browser console log

Occasionally ClickWP, plugin or theme developers may need additional information to diagnose an issue on your website. You can provide this info with the output of the browser console log. This video explains the steps.

In Google Chrome, open the Developer Tools window (Ctrl + Shift + I / Cmd + Shift + I)

Click to the Console tab

Open the settings and choose Preserve log

Navigate to the page where you are experiencing the issue. If necessary, trigger the issue in your browser.

Right-click the Console window and choose Save As...

Send the saved log to your support team
